You need to renew your Medicaid eligibility each year. We don't want you or your family to lose your benefits, so be sure to renew on time.
Renew Your Benefits
Online: Visit benefits.ohio.gov
By mail: Complete the renewal packet that was mailed to you and mail it back to your local county Job and Family Services office.
By phone: Call the Consumer Hotline at 800-324-8680 Monday–Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time.
In person: Return the renewal packet that was mailed to you to your local county Job and Family Services office [PDF] .
